Returns and exchanges

Not right, or the wrong size? Return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery – unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Fill in the form and we send the sending instructions within 2–3 working days.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer (from a DPD locker from 1,98 €). If you return the whole order, we refund the delivery fee too. Refunds go back the way you paid within 14 days of receiving the items.
Wrong size? Choose "Exchange for another size" in the form – the new size ships free and you send the old one back with our DPD code at no cost.

Shipping protection

Shipping protection is in the cart and at checkout, and you can switch it off. With it, a lost, damaged or wrongly collected parcel is replaced with a new item within 2 working days, without waiting for the DPD investigation.

Tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@dogfriendly.lt with your order number. For damage, within 48 hours of collection, with photos of the parcel and the item.
We check with DPD within 1–2 working days and ship a new item. If it is out of stock, we refund.
A parcel counts as delivered once DPD records its collection from the locker with your PIN code or a courier hand-over. Protection does not apply in those cases.
Without protection your statutory rights remain, but the resolution waits for DPD to complete its parcel investigation (up to 30 days).
The protection fee is non-refundable once the parcel is dispatched; if the whole order is returned, we refund it together with the delivery price.
