How are orders delivered?

We ship to DPD parcel lockers across Lithuania. When the parcel arrives you get an SMS with a pick-up code.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1–2 working days and usually reach the DPD locker within 2–5 working days of shipping.

What does delivery cost?

The delivery price is shown at checkout. Orders from 39 € ship free.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — within 14 days of receiving it you can return it or exchange it for another size or model. See “Returns and exchanges” for the conditions.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay.

How do I pick the right size?

On the product page open “Size calculator” — choose a breed or enter your dog’s weight and you get a recommendation. On the boundary, choose the larger size.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes — 12 months on harnesses, leashes and collars, for manufacturing or material defects that make the item unfit for use. Items chewed by the dog, damaged deliberately or through misuse, and normal wear are not covered. Send a claim with your order number, a description and photographs to info@dogfriendly.lt.

How do I attach the front D-ring?

Watch the short 40-second video with the steps: how to attach the D-ring. What matters most is pressing the Velcro firmly along its whole length.
