Payment and delivery

Payment methods

You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

We are notified of your payment immediately, so the parcel is prepared within 1–2 working days.

Delivery

In-stock items are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 working days of the order (working days).

DPD parcel lockers

Delivery time: 2–5 working days. The delivery price is shown at checkout; orders from 39 € ship free.

Collect the parcel whenever it suits you from the DPD locker you chose. When it arrives you receive an SMS with a pick-up code — enter it at the locker and take your parcel.

Orders ship within 1–2 working days and usually reach the DPD locker within 2–5 working days of shipping.
